El desayuno tipo bufete ya incluido muy rico, el personal muy atento y amable, Solo que carece de rampa para silla de ruedas y un barandal en la primer escalera. Y un detalle Que no debe pasar por alto ES QUE EN LA DESCRIPCIÓN DEL HOTEL MUESTRA FOTO CON ALBERCA Y NO ES CIERTO. Esto es un engaño y falsa publicidad. Yo reserve para 3 noches y opte por buscar otro hotel.

Conocer Tuxpam desde el Best Western la mejor idea

Una estancia muy placentera, con muy buen trato de parte de los trabajadores del hotel, atentos y dispuestos a servir...mucha limpieza, ricas comidas, transporte urbano, lanchas y taxis casi en plena puerta a cualquier hora...cerca del área comercial y turística....claro q volveré DM...guardo hermosos recuerdos!!!

Muy tranquila, un poco lejos de la playa, pero muy cerca del centro, les convendría que tuvieran alberca, y que proporcionaran más agua para beber ya que te pone una jarra pero cuando vas a pedir agua te dicen que su cocina está cerrada, de lo demás súper bien

Mi experiencia

En general bien , solo que la habitación el baño está muy mal hubicado y pequeño por ende se encierra el vapor y malos olores del baño , un problema grave para mí el estacionamiento tienen a más 15 lugares para 30 o 40 habitaciones y supuestamente cuentan con un estacionamiento a dos o tres calles en mi caso la ultimanoche tuve que dejar mi auto sobre la avenida con riesgo a un golpe , tránsito o robo , el comedor muy pequeño y los desayunos dejan mucho que desear , el personal muy hamble y servicial , agradable pero yo creo vería otra opción en mi próxima estancia.
