Although this hotel is about 10 minutes from the parks, they provide excellent service, really comfortable accommodations, the staffing was impeccable, free snacks in the lobby and plenty of toiletry and other items available as needed for you during your stay. If you don’t need to be in the Disney bubble fully. This is an amazing option.

Amazing place to stay in Tokyo Bay. Conveniently located next to the Shin-Urayasu Station and one stop away from Tokyo Disney and Tokyo Sea. Beautiful entrance into the hotel. At night, they have complementary snacks and drinks including (beer, wine).

Took advantage of the dedicated check in for Oriental Floor. Used my reward nights for 2 nights. Enjoyed the ReFa hairdryer and shower that we also bought the same in Ginza. Incredible hotel, could not recommend enough, hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in, in Japan, and we’ve stayed in 10+ hotels over 3 separate holidays, 1 train station from Disney, or free shuttle. Train station is across the road, along with 2 malls. Rooms are massive compared to other Japan hotels and very comfortable. Lawson in the hotel is super convenient for a morning ice latte and a quick breakfast, food court in the mall has a great selection The happy hour/s 2pm-11pm drinks and snacks is unbelievable, especially after a long day at the Disney parks Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, we will definitely come back

Our stay at the Oriental hotel was very nice! It was close to the Tran, a mall and has a convenient store inside. Housekeeping came every day and staff was helpful getting us a ride to the airport for departure. There is also a shuttle to Disneyland and Disney sea. Highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with your family or want something that is budget friendly.

Great for families, the welcome lounge and room for supplies if you forget anything is amazing. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Bathtub in the washrooms makes bathing kids so much easier. Free shuttle to disney and the hotel is connected by a walking bridge to the train station. Lawson convenience store attached to the lobby is also a bonus. Will be booking for future trips!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location right across the street from the train station. The complimentary shuttle to Disney is a great plus, and the welcome lounge was a nice touch, though be prepared for a bit of a wait in line. A wonderful surprise was the foot massager in the room—perfect after a long day of walking. Dining options are limited onsite, so plan to eat at nearby restaurants. Overall, a great choice for convenience and comfort.

This place is top tier . All the staff was friendly , the hotel it self has complimentary drinks, beer, candy for kids in the lobby with a nice hangout area. Has luggage storage if need to check out if you have a late flight. The train station is accross the street that will take you to tokyo in just 20 minutes . Also have an entire room with complomentery toiletries including kids pajamas , shaving razors, hair ties to the most minimal things.

They had a welcome lounge which had things to munch on and drinks (even wine and beer) which was included. Also they had an area which had toothpaste, brushes, shavers, pijamas and much more completely free, they were self serve so you could get then whenever you need them. I also like the 7-eleven like convenient store right on the property which was super useful
