10/10 Exceptional

We stayed two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay there again. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Dorothy, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was excellent to deal with on all levels.
Dave, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was very clean. Bathroom needs upgrading especially the shower. No elevator availability on lobby floor which confused us tremendously. We had to go to go up a set of stairs to go down?
Jennifer, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great price! Very clean and fantastic people!
Michelle, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The location is the best closed to shopping mall restaurants and downtown the hotel Needs upgrades
Marcia, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The personnel are all nice. Clean and quiet place.
Luis John, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very nice stay.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly. Only issue was they put us next to elevator which was very noisy. We still slept well but ask for a room away from stairs and elevator. Other than that highly recommend.
Daniel, 1-night trip

Exactly what we needed

Great ladies checked us in. Very helpful. Was a stop over for a hospital visit. Will be back again very soon. Was perfect for us.
David, 1-night trip

Sherry, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

This place is older and could do with updating, but on the whole it was a fine place to stay. The staff were very helpful. It is close to the C-Train.
Nicole, 5-night trip

So freindly and kind staff
Fariba, 2-night trip

Room is really outdated, tub all scratched up, staff was friendly. There were some people party till 2am and was super noisy.
Frank, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful the whole stay. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub or breakfast. The room was very clean and hotel definitely was older. I would stay again but maybe farther away from LRTis was loud a couple times.
Tina, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

The front desk check in girl was very attentive and kind, even though the phone did not stop ringing. The building is older, but they try to accommodate. Beds are clean and comfortable, very close to everything, reasonably priced and managed well for an older building.
Dina, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room didn’t have any wash cloths or hand towels. Only had two bath towels and a floor mat. I phoned reception on my cell (there isn’t any phone directory for using the hotel phone) and they had housekeeping bring me some wash cloths and hand towels. Staff was friendly. Parking was fine. The working table with the hotel phone on it had not been wiped. An old clothing tag and a couple of drops of coffee were on it.
Darren, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Staff were so friendly! Rooms need a bit of an upgrade. Stained carpets. Our room was in the back behind a train station so it was quite noisy around 11pm.
Ashlynn, 1-night trip

A one night stay

The price was ok for a one night stay. However the room had a broken airconditioner with masking tape holding the vent to the window. The airconditioner was also very load because of this. The ice machine was broken. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.
Andriana, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was clean and staff was attentive. Air conditioning did not work and room did not cool below 25C. Staff offered to bring in a fan, since no other rooms were available. Side entrance had odor and hotel shows its age, but location was great and price was good
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I have spent one day but overall it's a good experience. Bed's are clean but not that much great. No hand wash available in the room. Mentioned, 24/7 service available but NO drinking Water after just few hours and mentioned out of stock.
kumar, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The pool was dirty. Smelt of drugs being smoked in hallways. Almost go hit in the parking lot by someone driving crazy fast for a parking lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful rooms were clean overall was 50/50
Marissa, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Very few frills, clean. Got what I paid for.
Jules, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Getting to the room is a walk, poor signs and the doors outside to even come from the parking lot are locked after 10… so you have to walk a good bit to get to the front door, our room had stuff on the desk from previous people, one garbage can for the entire room, elevator was sketchy and light hanging out, pillows were not comfy and super flat. But great location if you are wanting to be near the saddledome.
Kennedy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Unfortunately no breakfast. If you don't have a car its hard to get around. only fastfood restaurant available close by. Helpful staff, and seemenly clean rooms and facilities for the price you pay I think its fine.
Unni, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

property is located on McLeod Trail which is a main street in Calgary so it's convenient to going to downtown one way and Chinook Mall the other way, the property was clean but old, my room had a stand alone AC unit which produces a ton of noise when it's being used and the hotel didn't have toothpaste either... the facilities weren't open during my stay which wasn't a big deal to my needs, the staff was very friendly and helpful
