Area was not the greatest. Hotel was old and not cute at all. Room was dingy and hot water was luke warm. The staff was friendly and helped out a lot. Owners need to do better. Pool was okay but hot tube did not work so what’s the point to have water in there collecting bugs. Not worth it. The only good thing was it was a $7 cab ride to the good areas.

Great hotel and great location. Easy to walk to stores, restaurants and roadside food stands. Amazing panoramic view on the rooftop, with nice 4ft pool and lots of seating. Complimentary breakfast was delicious every morning. Good lunch and dinner menus. Snacks, drinks and first aid items available for purchase in lobby. You can easily get a taxi or local bus to anywhere in the city.

No microwave, no cups and no remote control in the room. Pool area was nice but it was a bunch of beer bottles over the place. Pool view excellent and customer service at the desk was excellent out standing

Budget friendly hotel. The hotel doesn't have a hair dryer, ironing board or a good restaurant. They do have a snack bar and cold and headache meds which was convenient. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating but the facility is a bit run down. Particles were dropping from the curtain. They cleaned the room everyday and that was good.

A home away from home

I enjoy my stay in Belize. I feel that I am well taken care of. The staffs are friendly and nice. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, coffee and cold water in the lobby. Also the pool and gym amenities. I also have a great view of the city from the top. I am definitely gonna stay there if I have another chance to stay in Belize.

Love the rooftop pool and view! Room was tiny but ok for solo. Bathroom was not well lit and the shower was a joke. Mirrors in the bathroom and bedroom looked like they were cleaned with spoiled milk. Do better!

We were stuck in Belize City with a flight delay and there were no other hotels available in the city. The check in was fine and the staff were accommodating however the facility was very rundown. The room were small and not well equipped. The heavy rain leaked into the room and the halls flooding the floors. The small restaurant had a very limited menu and the food was adequate at best. This hotel is a only stay in if there is nowhere else type.

The staff was very helpful and they cleaned every day. The privacy of the bathroom was none existent the door was completely glass with a frosted area across the middle. The light above the sink did not work. The water barely got room temperature. This is not a property I would stay at again.

I was pleasantly surprised with our room and stay here. Our room was cozy and clean. It had a tv and good working AC to keep us cool. The bathroom was spacious. I loved that they had a pool on the roof top that was open until midnight. I didn’t use the gym but they had a floor w lots of equipment and weights to use. Parking was available. They provided a delicious breakfast every morning. The chef cooked some great delicious meals. For the affordable price, this is a great bargain of a deal. Highly recommended.

Paid for a city view but got put into a windowless box on the first night because they had overbooked and it was “first come first serve” for the room I paid for, I guess. The box must have been some afterthought when building the hotel because it was tiny, dingy, and dark. Light bulbs were missing. The safety box was just a cash box you’d bring to a little league snack table. It didn’t even have a key, not that it would have stopped a thief anyway. The next day, after showing them my reservation, they kindly moved us to a much better room. It acted looked like a hotel room. It was a corner room and rather enjoyable. Though, I never got refunded any difference in price for the first night. The gym was fully stocked and the pool was nice and clean with a great view.

They over booked the hotel and did not have our room. They did not check hotels.com bookings. Another guest gave up a room they had booked. The front desk was arguing in front of a lobby full of guests about who gave our room away. They seemed busier than normal because of the storm coming. The rooms smelled like smoke. My window was literally screwed open and rain was coming in. It was dirty and sheets did not seem cleaned so asked for more to switch out. Walked to the grocery to buy air freshener and Clorox wipes to clean up. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
