The hotel is amazing! I believe it was an old office building converted into a boutique hotel. We had a studio with a queen bed and private bath. It was a City view, so it could get a little loud if it were very busy in town, since we were so close to the Riverwalk. The hotel provides eye masks and earplugs for each guests.
What I found to be very eco-friendly, is everyone has their own unique "pin" to get into the hotel after hours, but also for the elevator and to get into your room.
If you're not too picky, choose garage self parking "Hudson Garage" just a little less than a block away. The difference: valet $45 self parking, $10.
