Very nice location close to a metro that takes you to Gran Via and other areas of Madrid. The check in process was slightly inconvenient, as it was at a different site from the place I was actually staying at. Aside from that, my stay here was very nice. The facilities were passable and I felt safe while I was here.

Super location, comfy rooms in Madrid.. Unfortunately, support there is limited only through WhatsApp, though they answer promptly...On my first day Wifi wasn't at all accessible, then I learned the same from other newcomers...The building has 6 stages and the lift was often out of order during m'y stay, compelling all residents to climb up the stairs. Good option despite thĂšse Ă©vents..

Took me an hour to be checked into my room. Terrible communication and service (or absence of it). Asked to store my small backpack since my flight was in the evening but was not allowed to even though I could clearly see other people’s luggage kept in a hallway. Noisy at nights. Wanna save your time and mental health - don’t stay here.

Despite the fact that the neighborhood was amazing and that I booked for 10 nights, I couldn’t sleep not even for one night in this property. The level of cleanliness of the bedroom, the shared bathroom, the smell in the apartment was disgusting! The management was not helpful at all and would not refund a penny from this stay! A total waste of money, time and energy! I arrived at night and as I couldn’t stand this horrible apartment, I had to book a hotel in the neighborhood that was way above my budget (5 times more than this one! )
 Definitely would not recommend to stay there!

Pros: Close to metro station. Fairly Clean It has a shared kitchen for you to cook or wash clothes. Affordable Private room Cons: No programming on t.v, just a few local channels with really bad antenna reception. A theatre below room 108, they sometimes party all night long and it's impossible to sleep because of the noise. I lived one of those nights! There are 2 washing machines but no clothes dryer . They don't pick up your trash from the room or clean it, or change your towels for your entire stay. There's nobody to take care of your needs on site. You have to call them at another property and sometimes they are not reachable right away.

Jag kontaktade boendet 24 timmar innan, men fick ÀndÄ vÀnta utanför hotellet EN TIMMA innan jag fick svar pÄ koden för att komma in pÄ hotellet. Hissen gnisslar jÀttemycket pÄ utsidan sÄ den hörs vÀldigt mycket om man har öppet förnster. 37⁰ och inte AC. Det fanns en flÀkt i taket som svepte runt vÀrmen. Blev ifrÄgasatt nÀr jag ville fÄ nya sÀngklÀder för man svettas som en gris utan AC. Det Àr INTE ett hotell utan ett vandrarhem med egna rum. EJ egen toalett. Fönstrena hÄller pÄ att vittra sönder.

Pésima comunicación. El check in lo hice online desde las 9:00am y no me contestaron hasta las 6:00pm el día de la reserva. Tuve que hospedarme de emergencia en otro sitio la primera noche por su ineficiencia. Y ademås el shower no contaba con agua caliente. Tuve que bañarme con agua congelando. Terrible experiencia.

Terrible. El lugar estĂĄ sucio, lleno de insectos, las sĂĄbanas mal lavadas, la habitaciĂłn bastante sucia y llena de pelos, si algĂșn huĂ©sped deja abierto el elevador deja de funcionar, la recepciĂłn se encuentra muy lejos del edificio, se escucha mucho ruido en la noche, las habitaciones son calientes, el agua se sale de la regadera por lo que el baño siempre estaba mojado. Todo el tiempo me encontraba huĂ©spedes intentando entrar o tratando de hacer check in pues las instrucciones no son claras. El cĂłdigo de la puerta en algĂșn momento dejĂł de funcionar. El personal siempre fue muy amable, pero las condiciones del lugar son terribles.

No lo recomiendo a nadie, el check in es online después de un proceso largo y complicado que nadie te explica te dan un codigo se acceso que no funciona y que cambian hasta que por descarte uno te permite entrar. Nos demoramos mås 2 horas durante las cuales el resto de los inquilinos que nos veían nos relataban historias similares

telle ne fut pas ma surprise de constater en arrivant, trop tard pour changer d'hotel, qu'il est possible de réserver un hotel 3Útoiles dont la salle de bain est partagée avec les autres chambres, sur le palier. je ne savais pas que ça existait encore. Et la description n'est pas claire sur ce sujet puisque les photos montrent la salle de bain, sans spécifier qu'elle est sur le pallier et à partager. Quand on réserve un 3 étoiles à 100 euros, on ne s'attend pas à ça.
