Very pet friendly if you have pets, which we do not. There were dogs all over the facility, including in the weight room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The only bonus was no carpet. But the hotel still had a weird smell in the corridor and elevator.

Since animals are allowed and this is an extended stay hotel, there were people hanging out in the hallways. Animals also barked all night and during the day. We didn’t know this was an extended stay hotel during booking. Was overall clean room and had what we needed.

Understand it is not a standard hotel.

Was disappointed in our stay. I didn’t realize it was an extended stay hotel. I will state, I do take partial responsibility for my disappointment. Nothing was misrepresented, just be aware there are standard amenities; no shampoo, conditioner, ice, pillows were flat and bed was noise & lumpy. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

We were driving through the night and needed desperately to rest - we had booked the room much earlier and a lot of places wouldn’t have let us check in as late as we did but they went out of their way to make sure we were able to get in while it was flooding outside.
