Everyone was so friendly there. The main entrance was under construction, but that’s like everything in Europe. The front desk girls were amazing. They helped me out so much. Solo girl traveler felt very comfortable. Staying there at the location was great. Is it four seasons no. But it has a Lyft. It’s secure the lady who cleans the rooms did such an amazing job. I would recommend it!! The bed and the pillows were so comfortable💕

The room is clean, staff were friendly, although the bathroom is a bit small but for the price we paid is just ok. It's near and accessible to most of the attraction, train station and restaurants. It's right at the centre of Rome. Highly recommended.

Lovely, small hotel in a good location. Room was comfortable and well kept with daily housekeeping. Fridge and air con were good. Nice shower. Location good. Lots of restaurant options close by for breakfast/ dinner/ gelato/ drinks. Metro a few mins walk away (Vittorio Emanuele). It is a busy area so can be noisy outside. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

The room was not as shown in pictures. TINY room that smelled like cigarettes. Poor ventilation with a loud air conditioner that was quite weak. It served it's purpose as a 1 night stay and was at a good location.

Really good location you can walk to the colloseum and Vatican and other big areas. Close to metros and main rome train station. Room was very tiny, and smelled like sewage in the bathroom. Check in process was bad we had to wait outside the door for 30 minutes and I think the front desk guy was busy or sleeping and we had to bang on the door and wait for 30 mins to get him to come to the desk. Great value for the price, you get what you pay for, would suggest this place for folks on a budget, without any expectations for a nice place, this can be considered a place to stay on a budget

The accommodation is close to Collosseum (10min walk), the rooms were clean, bright and nicely furnished. Comfy beds, nice shower. The only thing that I'd recommend to change was the Air Conditioning, as that is an older type and extremely noisy. I could not sleep well as it was right next to my head under the window. Sounded like a noisy car :) . Please change that so others will not experience the same. Everything else was fantastic and the person who checked us in was super nice and helpful. Thank you !

Expedia screwed up on booking site. Can not get refund even though I booked 2 months ahead. Hotel claims it is Expedia policy. Bull crap, given the hotel got my money. They can override "Expedia's policy", which BTW, condition are set by hoyel. And refund me. They got my money and I did not stay at all. Good profit.

It’s served it’s purpose as a place to stay but I was very unhappy when I arrived. It’s in a complex of other flats for the locals which wasn’t an issue but is not in the description of the property. The lights as you walk in were flickering which didn’t fill me with much joy. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected but our room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. However we had to buy our own toilet paper as the staff leave the property after 3pm so we had no chance to ask them for some as we had tours planned for our trip. Overall it was okay but I was a bit disappointed.
