Great base for exploring Naples. Also handy for the port where you can do day trips to Procida, Capri, etc. Luca was super responsive from the time of booking right up until we left the hotel. He was there to welcome us even though our flight was late. We found the road noise a little annoying but other than that no issues at all.

This property is brilliantly positioned. Extremely clean and comfortable. Walter was amazing in his communication and helping with advice on transport, eating, and making sure you had everything and arranging my taxi for the airport in the morning that I left. I was traveling my own and felt totally at ease. Thanks Walter.

For the price, this was an outstanding room to stay in town: it was clean, comfortable, convenient, & free wifi. Since the window was right on Corso Umberto, it was very noisy, especially needing to leave open the window for comfort, and it was on the 5th floor, requiring either climbing steps or spending a few coins on the elevator. But it is perfect for a clean, safe, inexpensive room in the heart of town.

I love this property and will stay here again. Walter was very welcoming at check in. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and Walter gave me step by step directions for a city tour that was fabulous. I was able to see everything. I can't say enough about this property. The location was great. I was able to walk to almost everywhere. Thank you for being part of the greatest trips ever.

The property is in good condition. The area is convenient for shopping. The only problem for me is the WIFI services, very very poor. No service at all to be able to reach out to love one.

Stayed 3 - 6 April 2024 The property is very central and room was spotlessly clean. Luca was a warm and fantastic host and very knowledgeable about his home city of Naples. He gave us some great restaurant recommendations and told us about places of interest we should visit (including the best Maradona mural!). The property is on the 5th floor and the life was rather temperamental at the time of our visit so had to walk up several flights of the stairs a number of times but hopefully that is now fixed.

Struttura su corso Umberto I, tramite la vicinissima via Mezzocannone si arriva rapidamente nel centro storico.Palazzo con portiere, si accede al 5 piano tramite ascensore. La posizione della struttura è ottima. La stanza è dotata di letto matrimoniale, divano, scrivania e bagno con doccia e bidet. La pulizia è nella media. I proprietari e Ivana sono molto disponibili e cortesi. Ci ritorneremo.

Ótima localização porém situa-se em uma rua muito movimentada e barulhenta. O quarto fica no 5 andar e havia 1 tarifa de 20 centavos de euro para usar o elevador (tínhamos que ter moedas para tal). WI-FI péssimo - quarto no final do corredor - longe do roteador.
