We stayed at this property for 2 nights before our cruise. I would travel to Trieste just to stay here again. Close to everything- we strolled down to the downtown area which absolutely charming and walked to the train station for a day trip to Venice. The breakfast was outstanding- we’ve traveled all over Europe and we’re still talking about the chocolate croissants. There is a little fish shop across the street with authentic food from the area and the most gracious hostess. Sara at the hotel was especially helpful and pleasant.
