This was absolutely superb! The warm welcome, the interior, the breakfast, all the great recommendations from Eriko, help with transfer and so on. It felt more like being invited into someone's home than staying in a hotel. The location is also great. Only a few minutes from the bustling life of the Medina, but still very quiet when you are in the Riad. If I ever go back to Marrakesh I most certanly will book a stay at this gem again.

The property was fabulous, clean and beautiful! Located within the souks it was still super quiet and we felt safe. We loved to start the day with the traditional breakfast on the rooftop. The only thing we’d like to know the visitors: you have to like cats, as they “own” this place :)

Honestly i booked this Riad on a whim as my flight changed & wanted to stay in the medina. I wish I'd been able to stay longer. The location was great, the room was cozy. All around great place. I'd definitely stay there again when I come back to Marrakech.

A lovely place to stay

Beautiful house with a rooftop terrace where guests can relax. Excellent location, just where the market starts. We felt welcomed and very well looked after by the host, helped us get a transfer from the airport and even gave us a map to get around Marrakech easily. It was a very relaxing stay. Highly recommend it

In the city centre but without the noise

The riad is 2 min away from souk and 15 from jamae el fna. It's really quiet so we slept really well. Breakfast was really tasty and generous. Rooms are clean and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and Eriko us always available for any questions or help needed. We had a lovely 3 days. I highly recommended this riad

A perfect riad for a few days visit in Marrakech

We had a 3-night stay in Riad Sakura and everything was perfect. Eriko has been an amazing host and she welcomed us once we got off the car and walked us to the riad (a 3 to 5 minutes walk because the riad is located in a small lane that car is not accessible). We traveled with a 5 year old kid and she also liked the stay. Breakfast was excellent and had rotated a bit so we did not get bored. We would definiately recommend this place to any friends who are travelling to Marrakech.

We cannot rave highly enough about our stay at this beautiful, clean, elegant, and comfortable Riad in the heart of Marrakech. The hostess, Ericko, was friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the boutique-decorated rooms were spacious and clean. The terrace on the roof was the perfect place to relax during the day in between brief sojourns to all the nearby tourist sites within the Medina. Breakfast was a panoply of delicious Moroccan delicacies, with plenty of coffee, tea, juice, and pastries! A perfect little spot for our trip to Marrakech.

Our stay at Riad Sakura is the highlight of our visit to Morocco. Staff, service and property management are exceptional. Daily breakfast served on rooftop was delicious and nutritious with a lot of options and nice views. Room and bathroom are very aesthetic and comfortable, equipped with everything needed for a trip. Eriko herself is very pleasant and kind. She contacted prior to arrival and offered airport transfers which was a great help. One day during our stay we had to leave early for a tour, and she and her staff accommodated us by serving us breakfast before we left. She also let us stay at Riad for couple of hours after check out which was very relaxing before our flight. We had a great experience and will highly recommend Riad Sakura for a place to stay in Marrakech.

Riad sakura is an absolute gem of a place. From the first greeting, until the last goodbye, you’re made to feel like part of the family. Eriko, is a fantastic host. You’re right near the hustle and bustle of the medina, yet there’s no noise. It’s peaceful. Also, the breakfast is fantastic here. Needed to be at the airport early and Eriko made sure breakfast was provided slightly earlier than usual. I miss it already. Fully recommend and would definitely stay here again

Eriko is the best host ever. She helped me throughout my whole stay, whether it was to share the list of the best places to go or arrange transportation to the airport. I loved how convenient this Riad’s location was, from one hand it was extremely close to the Medina but also very quiet and relaxing once you are inside.
