Sunny, relaxing alternative in Paso Robles
Great alternative to the motels/hotels in town. Although it was located in an RV park (which was a bit of a surprise), it was very comfortable, had easy access to a pool, and was situated on a bluff overlooking the Paso Robles valley. Just don't get a site or cabin that's too close to the kid's pool (constant screaming and loud music until 9:00 pm).

Super Cute Getaway!
My boyfriend and I decided to do a weekend getaway here and we’re super impressed! Super cute place and everyone was friendly! We stayed in a small seemingly newly renovated chalet, while small in size it fit everything we needed and even had a grill! We will definitely be coming back and I’ve been recommending it to my friends and family.

Wonderful property and very nice staff. We stayed in the little chalet. I deducted a star for the terrible instructions on how to use the heater in the room. It was a very cold night, 37F, and it was late at night when we arrived. The 24hr staff was very nice, but it did take a while for the maintenance to come out and see why the heating option was not working. Otherwise, I loved this place and will be back!

My husband and I are so grateful we stopped here on our way to north Cali. We stayed in one of their Casa’s and everything was so well kept and well thought out. Minor issue with the a/c making a weird noise but that wasn’t a problem for us.
Loved the pools, hot tub, and playing mini golf. I would stay here again. Super family friendly and just a special place all around!

It’s advertised as a resort but really it’s an RV park with some small casitas. Clean, friendly staff but still an RV park. My bad for not reading past the glowing reviews.

The lights on the AC unit were so bright that we had a fitful night's sleep. We tried to cover them but that did not help. There was no closet (and that should have been disclosed), and that made managing our clothes a real problem. I would have never booked a place with no closet.
The toilet had some residual poop stuck on the side of the bowl. The coffee pot pour spout was misaligned but we were able to make it work. The coffee pack was torn open, so we had to get it replaced. For the right situation, the chalet would be fine.

Nice but not as advertised
Overall it’s a pleasant atmosphere, seemingly great for families, nice facilities, and comes with some nature. However there were quite a few unexpected twists…
First off: This is an RV park and was not advertised as such. We thought it was a resort.
Second: The staff was very pleasant and well meaning but clearly had overbearing management as there were bizarre rules in place… They required wristbands for purchases and did not accept cash or credit cards which I question the legality of. It was also poor business as we were not going to wear wrist bands while wine tasting and upon return were unable to purchase such basic items as water and passed on quite a few purchases as we didn’t bother to fetch our wristbands. This cheapened the stay and was quite an annoyance.
Third: there was no housekeeping, they did not make beds, empty trash, provide towels, etc. Also, there wasn’t any lotion or normal hotel amenities.
It’s basically glamping and should be advertised as such. If you’re an RVer I think it would be great but we are not.
