The welcome was friendly, and the hotel stored our luggage until our room was ready. The hotel has a lift which was appreciated, and is in a good area close to all facilities.

I arrived and saw a major construction project directly in front of hotel and out my window. I was worried about the noise, but the windows literally silenced it.. there was a cement truck and a crane feet from my window and the sound was non existent with windows closed… open them and boom. I was happily surprised. Location was great, across from Victor Hugo Market and walking distance from train station. My single room was small, but I am only one person. I had enough room.

This is a well located hotel for a visit to this fascinating city. The staff are friendly. The room was clean and comfortable except for a small shower with an annoying head that keeps slipping and bed pillows that I found a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, Ottawa good choice for a Toulouse hotel.

Au delà des travaux juste en face de ma chambre et dont l’établissement n’est pas responsable, je déplore principalement un manque d’insonorisation intérieur qui fait que l’on vit littéralement avec les personnes des autres chambres. J’ai été réveillé tous les matins par le réveil et les pas de la personne au dessus de moi, quand ce n’était pas par les personnes dans le couloir. Autres griefs : des tapis anciens certes très jolis mais qui ne sont pas aspirés correctement (cheveux, etc), une TV des années 2000 (24 pouces), des rideaux occultant mal et pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception…

Hotel qui propose des placards et pas des chambres...le lit est tellement peu larges qu'à deux c'est un enfer pour dormir. Notre chambre avait 2 fenêtres : une donnant sur un escalier, l'autre occultée par un film plastique...12€ le petit dejeuner par personne : pour le même prix,allez au café du coin, vous aurez plus de choix...hôtel pathétique. LES PHOTOS NE CORRESPONDENT ABSOLUMENT PAS À LA RÉALITÉ.
