Front desk is not available from 8-8. We arrived and eventually had to contact Expedia to resolve. Apartment is great but there is no balcony to sit on like the photo shows. Location was great and apartment facilities perfect.

Large one bedroom apartment. Quiet and it has an elevator. The outdoor space was my favorite. I loved sitting outside overlooking the neighborhood. The patio is on the backside of the building, so no street noise. It had minimal dishes, but there were just 2 of us and there is a dishwasher. The lady that checked us in was very nice but had limited English.

The property is in a very central location and it was convenient to get around. The only downside was that at the time of our visit there were property renovations and one of our rooms had a strong smell of paint. One thing to also bare in mind when booking is that there is no late check in service if you're intending on arriving after 7/8pm.

The hotel is under renovation. The location is great, walkable to most major places: 20 minutes to Sagrada Familia, 10minutes to old town or Casa Batllo and the restaurant Vinitus. We were unable to reach out the hotel via Expedia or email but we finally got hold of them via whatsAPP.

Location, location, location!!! This property is within walking distance to the major attractions in BCN. I enjoy walking so a 23 minute walk to La Sagrada Família while appreciating the beautiful trees and wide sidewalks made it a breeze. Contrary to what it says in the property description, there’s an elevator. The terrace area is a great way to unwind. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options around the area. The only thing that I had an issue was the check in process, there’s a phone number outside the property but I had no luck connecting through, but try at was easily fixed. I would recommend and stay here again when I return to BCN.

Mildew on showers and no clothes dryer

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in 2A facing the main boulevard. Pros -Very large apartment. Plenty of space to spread out in a large comfortable couch. - comfortable bed. It is on the soft side but I like it that way. - It feels like a European apartment with the high ceilings, balcony, and is nicely decorated. Cons - It did not feel clean. Shower has MILDEW/MOLD that could use a good bleach scrubbing. The floors didn't feel that clean. - Main bedroom faced the main boulevard and it was very noisy with the cars going by; it does not have double paned windows. The smaller bedroom faced an inner courtyard and was quiet. - They have a washing machine but NO DRYER. We asked about this and they said our unit does not include a dryer and was forced to use a drying rack to hang up our clothes. - Unclear on the checking process. We had emailed ahead of time but received no response. Overall, it was ok but would probably not stay here again.

We stayed for one night in the appointment. The location is good.The rooms are big, kitchen has all equipment. Tea, coffee, sugar etc. The bottles of still water were left for us in the fridge.Good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash were in the bathroom. I was impressed with it. Friendly staff on the reception. I would recommend to give good clean to the floor in the appointment.

This is an excellent apartment - spacious, clean, and lots of natural light coming from two large windows with a gorgeous view! It is centrally and conveniently located in a nice part of Barcelona on Gran Via, 5 minute walk from the metro at Tetuan, 10 minutes from shopping and tourist area of Plaza Catalunya and Pg. de Gracia, 20 min. walk from Sagrada Familia. Our reception person (Thai?) is kind and helpful. The lobby and landing of the building could use some update, but the apartment interior is great! It's a real gem.. a great alternative to a cramped hotel room. We would gladly stay again! :)
