Staff is the very best in the Jacó region. Friendly and efficient. The chef for the morning breakfast is superb. She gets every order just right and serves with a pleasant smile. The cleaning staff are highly professional, leaving the floors spotless and replacing towels often.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk staff! I usually don't like hotels, but this really is an exception. It is very peaceful and quiet and next to a river. It feels like you are still in nature, with the benefits of a hotel. Breakfast is very good! We ended up extending our stay here :)

Incredible stay. The staff were kind and amazing, Alfredo from the front desk was so friendly! At breakfast time, they made the best omlettes, waffles or pancakes on the spot for you!
The view was absolutely stunning, the swimming pool was great. Zero complaints, fantastic stay. I would recommend this to any tourist! Thank you Hotel Pumilio and staff for making this trip special for me.
