2nd time I've stay there. Already planning another stay in the future. Both times, the rooms are small. But they are very updated and clean. Tv is also bigger than most hotels i stay at. Breakfast is limited, but most hotels are doing the same thing for the price range. For the price, you can't beat it

Would not stay here again.

Looks much nicer in pictures. Rooms are VERY small and the place is not clean. My room was by an entrance door to the second floor and people were coming in and out slamming the door all night. Was not able to get any sleep. Seemed to be more of a hang out joint. Suppose to be non smoking and reeked of cigarette. Check in was quick and the man at the front desk was very nice.

its nice for a getaway or moment for yourself. very nice staff clean rooms! i had a nice stay overall the water is nice and hot for a good shower the heat works and so does the air. the beds are comfortable and clean!

Tiny rooms

Room is super tiny, cannot turn around without hitging a piece of furniture. Bathroom needs to be cleaned, floors dirty, paint chipping off from toliet, cigarette butt and cap from someone's tooth paste in sink drain, thin walls leads to no sleep as neighbors played movies and/or music all night.

My lock on my door was broke and the internet was horrible.They offer a bathtub but you cannot use it because they have a drain cap on it so you can’t plug it.The towels were old and thin from being reused

Gotta start remembering where I stay

We booked a queen suite. Check-in was easy, staff friendly. We got to the room and it was atrocious. There were takeout containers and a personal shaver left strewn about, and the room looked like it was still occupied (thankfully nobody there!). We went back to the desk and there must have been a mistake in the computer because the room was marked vacant and clean. We were given a free upgrade to a king suite and the staff carried my bag upstairs to our new room. New room looked ok when we went in but the bathroom was not clean- my sister stepped in urine (not ours!) when she went to use the toilet, and there was a mess in the tub. The beds were clean and comfortable so we just went to bed.

Room had so many things broken in it..stains very tiny smelled terrible..yea the rooms were cheap but not worth what we paid. They had our blinds pulled and we know why it was cracked all the way acrossed..all night there was door slamming pretty sure it was employees working on rooms in the middle of the night.

Hotel is so clean and nice. For the price, it's the best hotel in the area. Front desk are very nice and one of the workers also even helped me carry all of my boxes and belongings to my vehicle. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nelson is fantastic.

Check In was 3pm. Told 10 mins as my room wasn’t cleaned yet. 45 mins later with plans to be somewhere soon, I approached the desk clerk with plans to cancel and told few more minutes. Finally after getting checked in I rushed out to my plan event. After I get back and inspect the room fully. It looks as if they hired the lowest bid possible contractor/maintenance person to repair the rooms or “renovate them.

My room was in #109: excellent value for the money. Confused Monday night when I came through the side entrance to rooms open and workers cleaning my hallway into the evening past 9pm; morning desk person did not know anything about it, poor communication.
