We stay quite often , our plays hockey for Mckendree so this hotel is the closest to his apartment and the ice rink. It’s always clean, friendly staff and breakfast is pretty good.

A Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay with you. Jay greeted us kindly at the front desk and helped us get in and settled quickly. We had been there 2 days at which they served breakfast from 6-10 AM. Saturday when we left is was around 6:30 AM and we didnt realize the breakfast area was not open until 7:00 AM on Saturday. We were getting coffee and there was some breakfast stuff out that we were going to have when a young man from the kitchen came out and said very sternly that "breakfast is not available yet" It was our fault for not knowing, but the tone he said it was rude. We apologized and left. That was the only thing that seemed out of place there. All the other staff was very helpful and kind. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and we would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Nice hotel. Disappointed that they didn’t offer late checkout. We were staying for a competitive soccer tournament. 1st game was at 9:15 am and 2nd game was at 2:15. We were hoping to grab lunch and go back and pack up everything before the second game. I asked if we could have a late checkout of 1:00. We were told, “No. Check out is noon. We have to get the rooms turned over.” The response from the front desk rep seemed rude and extremely unwilling to be accommodating to us as hotel guests. We will find a different hotel next time.

Overnight Stay

It was an overnight stay for my husband and I. The room and lounge were very clean. Our room had two queen beds that seemed very high off the floor, i am 5foot 2 inches. The breakfast was just ok. We could hear someone snoring in another room all night, but it was an alright stay for overnight.

We checked in VERY late (2:00 am) because of flight delays caused by weather. I would have liked a speedier check-in process, but given the hour, I think it was fine. The hotel was very accommodating of us. We will be returning for another tournament at McKendree University in March and will be staying at this hotel again.

Pleasantly Impressed

This property was a suprise find. Practically new, extremely modern. 100% easy access on and off the expressway. Could not ask for a more convenient airport hotel. The hotel is maintained in an immaculate condition. The rooms are as modern as can be and are VERY clean. A good breakfast is offered with a goodly variety. Would most definately stay here again if in the area.
