Expensive for the standard

To be honest the rooms were tired and standard felt low, for the price class I expected more, it felt more like a motorway motel. Also the restaurant prices were very high. We wanted to eat at the pizza shack because of amazing view but was closed off for food because of a large group, meaning we had to take main restaurant which was ok food but not upto the price of 400sek for a main. Service was good though. Breakfast had a good selection, but a lot of people and noise level was very high.

Når jeg er på hotell ønsker jeg å bli møtt av en hyggelig hotellmedarbeider som ønsker velkommen og gir informasjon, ikke en sms med beskjed om å laste ned en app for å låse opp døren og så klar deg selv… Mest positivt var en hyggelig og kunnskapsrik servitør i hotellets restaurant. Vi spiste buffé og maten var grei, men ikke mer.

Väldigt stort komplex med mycket folk. Det finns inte AC på rummen, bara ”centralt system” som tydligen inte kunde hålla temperaturen under 25-28 grader, även på kvällen/natten, fast det faktiskt var en ganska sval dag. I övrigt var rummet helt och rent, men inte mycket mer än så.
