I have been searching for a hotel in mid-town that I could keep returning to for work as I have been having to find a new hotel each time I visit the city - always unhappy with the last. The room was tight for our family of 4. Only stayed 1 night and it was fine for that. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay additional nights. Also, our room overlooked the street that the main entrance was on which made it a little noisy. But the most disappointing part of this hotel was while waiting in line for check in, the two employees behind the booth let an entire family just walk right up in front of us like we hadn’t even been standing there for 15 minutes waiting for our turn!

Arrived early, Front desk agent pre-checked us in so when room was ready we just had to pick up the keys. Everyone was friendly. I did try to call down to get an extra blanket but it didn’t work, so had to stop by the desk and got one right away. Stay was nice we did a quick little trip. Staff offered us snacks for the kids which was very thoughtful and nice! Over all would definitely book again.
