I would not recommend this property to anyone. There are better options in Morelia I had paid the one night stay via Hotels.com However, the clerk insisted they had no record of my payment. Would never again stay in this hotel.

The place is very clean. Right across the street from the Catedral, at grate location, but I asked for a quite room to avoid the noice of the Cathedral Bells loud sound. The breakfast food is ok, but average. The kitchen ladies are very friendly and nice. The reason I don't give this place 5 stars is due to the games the cleaning crew played. If you tip high, good to excelent service but if you tip average based on local rates then poor service.

Overall, great service from the staff. A big disappointment was finding out when coming back to the room, the key card had been deactivated. In order to get my belongings to check out, I had to be given a new activated card. Their lack of communication made it an inconvenience.
