Modern hotel that is comfortable and very clean. Can highly recommend the restaurant. The room waa quite noisy. Even with the window shut we could hear everything outside. Ear plugs are a must if you want to sleep.

Love this hotel and since our last visit nearly a year ago, it has really settled into its surroundings and added some nice features especially the wine dispenser…. Super friendly and helpful staff

Great reception and housekeeping team

Very nice clean and comfortable room. Great location to explore the city. Rude and unprofessional staff at the restaurant and breakfast is the only reason I would never suggest this hotel. It’s essential to start my day with a positive vibe.

Highly recommended for stay in Mendoza

Excellent hotel especially for wine lovers. Linked to two other hotels next door, so you get the best services of all three. Restaurant breakfast was great. Very comfortable room.

A great stay at Hualta Hotel

Modern hotel, with very clean and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in and check-out process. Friendly and very helpful staff (the girl at the wine shop was remarkable). Complimentary self-service wine at the lobby is a great feature. Breakfast was quite good. The local restaurant (La Cabrera) is excellent. Great value for money.

Good location. The reception staff were great. A unique experience having a winery in the hotel! Unlimited sampling of their wines with certain conditions . Updated rooms and very comfortable beds. The on site restaurant was amazing for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was good. Outdoor pool was a hidden gem, about 4’ deep so perfect for aqua aerobics. The casino is next door. Didn’t go, so don’t know about it.

I loved the location, it has wine to taste, there is a winery in the basement, you can visit and taste wine. Also form the same winery there are always bottles of wine that you can taste while you wait in the lobby or in your way back to your room. The restaurant was excellent and the sommelier gave me amazing suggestions. I did enjoy my stay

Excellent new hotel, needs time to be Curio level

Great new hotel located a short walk from the main squares of Mendoza. It has a distinct modern urban industrial design. All areas were clean and staff were friendly. There were a couple of issues which were overcome through intervention by the front office team. The restaurant is heavily meat-led which is a challenge for vegetarians. The staff in the restaurant didn't have the same attention to service as the main hotel. In time, this has the potential to be a good addition to the Curio Collection brand.

Decent Place - Could be Better

We had a good stay here, really loved the design of the place it's super cool. Staff were really friendly, so couldn't fault that. We just had a few niggles, the gym and pool area is nothing to right home about. In the room, super comfy bed, but there was a night light in the bathroom that you couldn't turn off. Also while it looks awesome, the lack of soundproofing around the doors makes it a bit noisy if you're near reception. Breakfast was ok, could do with some more options for cooked food. Overall not bad at all, we were happy with our stay, just not anything special.
Rob, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

We ended up checking out early due to an issue with the AC forcing us to wake up every 2-3 hours to turn it back on (it was set with an auto timer to shut off), and after maintenance came, it still wasn't fixed. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great (possibly the best lighting out of all the hotels we've stayed in on our month-long trip). The bed and shower were amazing. The staff members were also very kind and tried to make it right. The generally positive review is in hopes this was a new-hotel blip that gets resolved for future guests!

6/10 Good

stayed at this hotel for one night for work. It’s a lovely hotel very contemporary and connected to a Sheraton and some other little one in between. The rooms are very contemporary and great the shower has the most amazing water pressure and great hot water. My room had a balcony facing the back which is an awful view that looks like a war torn city and believe it or not even with the balcony door closed you hear noise from below and I was on the fifth floor. I honestly would’ve given this hotel more stars except for the excessive amount of dried white stains on the blanket that cover the duvet and on one of their decorative pillows. I don’t think I need to say more than that you get what I’m saying. I left the front desk know when they apologized but it was really a bit much and I wish I had taken pictures to post. It’s a nice hotel it’s very lovely it’s very contemporary but aside from the noise and the other stuff I had to rate it three stars

Nice small property, with a good restaurant in it. Found it weird it was literally attached to another hotel, with almost identical names. That can be confusing when booking. Everything was pretty good. Clean, spacious rooms, with nice big beds. There was a sewer smell from the bathroom. That would be my only complaint. Its kinda central, to entertainment and dinning options. The area looks sketchy but its not. Pretty safe, just be aware of surroundings. Lots of taxi options. Uber works well. Taxi drivers operate ubers. Dont be surprised when booking, your driver is a taxi.

Mix of Highs and Lows

Staying at Hualta Hotel Mendoza, I was expecting the 5-star Hilton experience but encountered a mix of highs and lows. The initial welcome fell short – my Hilton status wasn’t acknowledged, and the usual Hilton warmth was noticeably missing. This lack of attentiveness was mirrored in the front desk’s service, evident from small details like the absence of a greeting upon entering or leaving the hotel. When I arrived into my room, I found it hadn’t been properly cleaned – it needed a good sweep, mop, and the surfaces needed attention. However, after raising this with the front desk, the issue was promptly resolved. The rooms themselves were impressive – elegant, comfortable, and spacious. The restaurant and garden area were the standout features of the hotel. The restaurant staff were exceptional – friendly, efficient, and every breakfast was a delightful experience with plenty of choices, though there was an additional charge for eggs beyond the standard scrambled ones on the buffet. During my stay, there was ongoing construction in the garden, causing some noise, but it seemed to be wrapping up. Another point of contention was the presence of a film crew for two days, which disrupted the use of the ground floor space and occasionally blocked access to the reception. The shared pool with the adjacent hotel was quite small and didn’t get much sunlight, though the gym and sauna facilities met expectations. Some teething problems, but hopefully these will be resolved.
