The property was good value for money. It is an older property with older decor. Don't expect a palace. Like I said it is good value for money.

Unit 5 was a roomy two bedroom unit. loads of space.
Kitchen was great with everything needed, nice big fridge freezer. It was ok for accom required for trades people away working - just the main road noise was a bummer for light sleepers.

Below a cheap standard, and not value for money
We chose a cheap option for accommodation but this was below standard even for the price we paid. "Tired and unloved" does it too much justice.
Carpets were dirty. Bed sagged. Furniture and fittings old and scruffy.
