The hotel is good for a short stay, the rooms are quite small and we had an issue with the bathroom, the water was overflowing everywhere because the shower area isn’t limited from the rest of the bathroom. Overall is a nice and clean place, and 10 min walk from the nearest train station which is very convenient, loads of restaurants and food places around open overnight.

It's average good hotel. With good kind staff. This Hotel thought lots about disable guests. If hotel can consider to fix a bidet shower on to right hand side of the commode seat will be very useful.

The reception staff are very attentive all the time and the room and bathroom are very impressive they changed the towels and other toiletries at the request and they have good housekeeping. We travelled from the UK and room 509 is a very quiet window room

For a 3 star hotel the staff are so kind and accommodating. The cafe serves a good quick convenient lunch, overall the hotel is above the 3 star rating in my opinion for service and facilities. The room furniture can be wiped down better, it’s dusty, carpets and air conditioning can be better cleaned, as I am asthmatic, I had a slight attack which means it’s dusty, but for usual people, it seem ok.

After booking I then found many awful reviews but I couldn’t cancel this booking. The hotel was actually clean and staff were helpful. The room was quite small but it was ok for a couple of nights. A deeper clean in the rooms is need ie under the beds. Mattresses are very old but clean and my only recommendation would be to get new mattresses

You have to ask each day for room service as pressing the room service button on your door just won’t do.Workers who came to clean ignored n talked rudely. Liveble if exrensively in a budget. The rooms are not sound proof - as a result, every time the glass access doors open and guests open their room doors and they are chatting - can be heard We stayed the whole week - with very interrupted sleep the whole week On checking out, reception staff charged for an extra day - although I had already paid for the day ie paid till next day and I am checking out at 4pm a day earlier I tried to ask why I was charged the extra $80 - the staff was incapable of communicating in English. As I was rushing to get to the airport, I paid the $80 and lost the $100 deposit as well

剛到房間就看到廁所洗手台有上一位使用者的痘痘貼及毛髮，且洗手台都是污垢，總共住了五晚，打掃完上面說的都還在原地，清潔部分真的需要加強，另外被套也都起毛球，整體來說，很對不起這個價錢。
