Lovely stay in the W! The check in staff and the hostess are 10 of 10 in service. The room was ok.. a bit smaller than displayed on the website but comfortable overall. The bar upstairs is a must and the drinks are very good.

All that you could expect from a fairly new luxury hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. Courteous and attentive staff, excellent room with balcony, well stocked bathroom amenities, and a delicious room service menu - highly recommend the club sandwich and the haggis bites. Breakfast was a final highlight before checkout. Will definitely stay again.
