The central location was a big plus but the hotel lacked any character or style. The room was spacious and clean but lacked amenities such as a safe and we were awoken by street noise from hotel guests smoking outside. Paper cups and basic toiletries provided were not 4 star standard, although the price was reasonable. We were happy over all because of the central location and cleanliness.

The staff is amazing. I am sorry that i forgot to ask the name of this amazing lady helping me making reservation for my stay in Grado. She was there on Monday night Sept 2nd. Without her help, i may not get a place to stay in Grado. Thanks a lot for her help. She goes beyond her duty.

Está en una zona muy céntrica, pero tranquila. Pagué el desayuno con la reserva por la web y nos lo volvieron a cobrar en el check out. Me puse en contacto con asistente en la aplicación y se solucionó en la misma mañana.
