Really eclectic hotel - super fun! Enjoyed the games (foosball and Pool) and the vibe of the place. Comfortable clean rooms and right next to the tram for easy access to surrounding areas. One point is the breakfast, is repetitive so for stays longer than 2 days it gets quite monotonous, would be lovely if they offered omelettes and not just the mass produced scrambled eggs - but croissants made up for this, they were great!!

Mama Shelter was a funny and quirky hotel that we overall enjoyed. Our room was large, clean, and mostly comfortable, aside from struggling to get the room temperature to cool down for sleep. It was easy to get to-from old town Prague on public transportation, and there were lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby (we recommend Cafe 7 across the street!). The staff was kind and helpful. We recommend it!

Mama Shelter Prague is awesome!

Mama Shelter Prague was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly, they even left a dog bed, toy, and bowl for use while we were visiting. Parking was easy, the public transport was just down the block, I loved this hotel. I would go back anytime! The daily cookies are a nice touch too!

Mama Shelter Prague was a great hotel - cool amenities with free pool, foosball and arcade games in the lobby. Nice patio and restaurant. The rooms were clean and really nice. The area of Holesovice isn’t the nicest but it was an easy 30 min walk into Old Towne and around to see the main tourist sites of Prague. Overall a great stay.

I have now stayed at three different Mama Shelters and this one did not disappoint. The breakfast was spectacular. The room was extremely comfortable and the terrace and food was exceptional. Such a great hotel. We had to stay longer in the day and mostly hung out in the lobby due to the check in time of our apartment we were renting for my son. Plenty of things to keep us busy. We walked to the park nearby as well as went to the National museum within walking distance. Such a wonderful experience.
