Was dissatisfied with the fact that the Jacuzzi did not work. The first night the gentleman working front desk said he couldn't do anything. So, in the morning i asked the young lady if it worked and she said yes. She directed me how to turn it on, the jets came on but water was barely even warm even after running 3 times it never warmed up.

The room was very clean and spacious. I asked for extra towels since I saw staff in the hallway. They were polite and accommodating even took some towels from a room they had just cleaned. It was very much appreciated since I was there with my one year old granddaughter. Thank you for a pleasant stay at your hotel.

The hotel room was great, when we finally got one. Check in was very slow, and they gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The replacement room was almost done being cleaned. They had ice water in the lobby, but no coffee.
