Hair dryer first night almost started a fire took to desk still hot and they said sorry but was only one there so couldn't do anything about it and at chrck out waited 15 min no one to be found any were near desk left my key on there computer

The only downfall was when we checked in we weren’t told about the pool. Before getting changed to go to the pool I asked if the pool was heated, that was when I was told it was closed due to the chemicals didn’t mix properly. There were no signs on the door. Hotel was very clean. We had a den in our room. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices. My sister and I were there for one night travel from Florida to Massachusetts. I would recommend.

Their price is competitive to other hotels nearby, but their services and the quality of the stay there are generally better than the places we have stayed in the past, for example Quality Inn. Especially their breakfast, it’s hot, it’s plenty of food and has various choices to choose from.

We stayed here because of the location and price. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the elevator messed up while we was here no biggie for us but someone who is in need it might have been.

We got in very late and had to leave the next day, so our stay wasn’t more than about 8 hours. Seemed fine overall. Main issue i would cite is just the very small window offered for breakfast. Even the coffee and tea were taken away at 9am. This small window creates a mass rush of bodies and makes the breakfast experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.

NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER! Talked to front desk FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES and still NO HOT WATER! Who in their right mind likes to take cold showers? Because I sure do NOT but had to! They didn’t even offer to compensate in any way shape or form! I will NEVER stay here again and I sure hope no one else does! Horrible, lazy people!
