The hotel is located very close to Sao Bento station and is within walking distance. I was able to walk to all the main tourist attractions from this hotel. The hotel room had a view of the church tower and the hotel courtyard, and the room was lovely and very clean. The staff were all very kind. I would like to stay here again when I go to Porto.

The hotels location is perfect smacked in the middle of the tourist spot in porto.we just walked around then go back to the hotel to rest and go out again at night.hotel staff were courteous.room is clean pillows are so soft.this hotel has quite a history i was told this was the oldest hotel in Porto.would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location, close to everything on porto. Didnt have the break fast so i cant say anything about that. Could leave my bag at the reception when i arrived before i could check in to my room. The only downside is that when i took a shower the whole bathroom floor was flooded. Wich led to the carpet outside was soaking wet for one day and never dried fully the days i spent there. I told the girls in the reception, but they didnt seem to get it and all i got to disk up the water was a small floor towel. Other than that i have nothing to complain about.

Charming hotel in great location. We had a beautiful room facing the garden. It was quiet, clean & well maintained. Comfortable mattress and pillows. We should have listen to negative reviews regarding the breakfast but ended up purchasing breakfast package. Bad mistake as there was no food & no clean cutlery or plates. We were not given a refund for our breakfast.
