First, the host does not speak English. Second, there are no private bathrooms. Third, you have to contact the host through what’s app or wait for an email through hotels.com. We waited an hour and a 1/2 to check in. Luckily someone let us into the building and then the pensione, otherwise you’re literally in the street. She wasn’t happy that we were inside. Forth, if your room is facing the street don’t expect to sleep. Obnoxiously loud, rude, partying until 3 am. Slept w earphones and music on.
Tiny little six room pension, felt like a hostel.
Pensione Anne gets a two star because of fantastic location and Anne’s exuberant personality. I like her strict rules and guests were conscious of the small quarters and very respectful of making not making noise.
