This was a last minute booking since my other accommodations fell through. The property itself is good. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, big closet and a fridge. The toilet seat was broken, there was some mold in the shower head. But overall the room was clean.

This is an elegant old school traditional special south american style hotel with spacious common foyers and old stone pillars large fine tile good art and museum like artifacts. Often the inside of these old hotels, from the outside you can't guess their dignity. It is a little shoestring, but that fits the times and my point even though the nearby streets were messy, the inside is elegant. This is not to say the sheets amd towels were high quality or the plumbing amazing But these old hotels are like museums. They did not take credit or debit cards only pesos but still it was very affordable and we need.plqces like this. I wish other americans could pretend their black and experience these superior expressions of artifact and hospitality and opportunity
