Our Review

Really pretty clean, sheets and surfaces. Nice laminate floor and beds. Cool reading lamps. Needs a hole repaired in ceiling and the cable cord hung nicer. It was quiet and very reasonable price wise. Parking lot very clean. Owners very cordial. Exceptional, considering its very low price. We did not get breakfast so we can’t comment on that.

Comfortable, clean room and friendly staff

Our stay was one of the best things that we had to deal with on this trip. We were a day late for our stay - we had reserved 5 days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we could not arrive on time. We contacted Economy Inn and they understood our plans. We needed a few extra days for again unforeseen events. They made sure we were accommodated with the same room. It was a large room also, we had 2 queen beds. Our room looked brand new and clean. It had been renovated with fresh paint, new floors, and new bathroom. Heat and AC worked like it should. Fridge, microwave, and TV all were all working great. There was no problem with getting in touch with the office for fresh towels, etc. (We didn't need housekeeping since we were out of the room the majority of the time.) We had a room where we could back right up to the door of our room. That was a plus. (Every room has this parking feature, I think) We had tools we had to load and unload so this feature for this motel was fantastic. Also, we were glad we could keep watch on our auto also. The only thing that was maybe not so great was that there was no rod to hang clothes, minor detail. We used the shower rod and it worked well. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Lamesa. Thank you for a reasonably priced clean room and accommodating staff.
