I liked the area and transportation is close. Although the unit we had is very small for 5 people. It is a good idea to have a foldable table and maybe 2 chairs at least also need an iron, wash towels and at least 2 hands towels.

Great location. Terrible place to stay.

It has a very hostel feel. While it does have a nice kitchen, no wash cloths, no shampoo or toiletries, the room reeked of smoke. We signed a waiver that we wouldn’t smoke, but it took 2 days with the windowed open to get the room to smell bearable. If you’re hoping for a hotel or AirBNB feel, this ain’t it. If you’re looking for a steal on a budget and have very low standards, you’ll be fine. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to everything.

Bathroom smelled like smoke the entire time - manager said it was prob from vents connected to other rooms. He was very nice, but no way to fix beyond Fabreeze, which didn't work more than 30/min at a time. No AC. Room was ~12x14 - beds nice. Love interior brick wall. We didn't cook there, but it had all we needed. Location was fantastic! NY at Christmas is amazing. Would we stay here again? 50/50 in a bind.
