This was our 5th hotel in the last two weeks of traveling around Europe. By far, it has the most comfortable beds! The room is nice and clean. We had a family suite and it was spacious for a Parisian hotel. Very positive impression after staying there and the view from the window as well as little balconies were just perfect!!!! I recommend, and would gladly return!

Location is everything.

This was a solo trip and the hotel was ideal. The location was just 20mts from the Metro and close to the main overground train station. Food and bar options on your doorstep with everything catered for from early to late. Staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Yes the hotel is doing a refurbishment at the moment which impacts the public areas, but the room was clean and comfortable. After about 8pm the hotel was pretty quiet, besides people coming and going, but that is normal for any hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good although a little crowded. The area around the hotel is what you would expect from area with 2 major train stations at walking distance. Only a short walk away from the hotel is the Canal St. Martin which is lovely to walk around or just have a sit and drink. The hotel is very conveniently located for travel to and from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. I enjoyed my stay and couldn't find anything better for the price.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Gare l'Est, there are dining and shopping options around. The room was small, but equpped with table, chair, stool, so basically all your need. Bed was very comfortable, and blackout curtains provided good sleep. The elevator was out of order, so climing 5th floor on a narrow spiral staircase may be challenging. All in all - definitely not a worst choice for couple of nights, especially if you need this particular neighborhood.

I found the room to be big enough, clean, comfortable and shower was nice and hot. The gentleman on reception was super helpful with Metro directions. Continental breakfast was available for €12pp but I don’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on value for money.
