We had a pleasant stay during our layover. The room does not seem as small as I expected, but it is a fully equipped one. The staff provided a pleasnt and welcoming environment with were friendly and polite, making the experience even better. The location is close to King's Cross Station, which is a great choice for travellers needing an train-adjacent option.

Wish I had read all the reviews before booking. The place has no lift and being that we were traveling via the trains for a week I had a heavy luggage. The floor and phone area was gross with a red syrup substance clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. The noise from the halls and upper rooms kept us up all night...not to mention the curtains are practically on the wall side of the bed that they were hitting me while trying to sleep. Wouldn't stay here in the future. The check-in guy was nice and the pressure in shower was very good. That's it.

The property was probably recently remodeled and all looks updated and in great condition. A/C working, shower perfect and most importantly the bed was very good. All we need to rest.

The room is small but has all the essentials. However, I booked a Deluxe room and it didn't come with any of the extras I paid for. Breakfast starts at 8am so if you have to catch an early train or have a meeting first thing, you miss the breakfast you paid for. The rooms face a very noisy main road and didn't have any sleep.
