Lovely, clean, and friendly

The Hotel Agnes was amazing. I walked in through the doors of the hotel and was immediately greeted, by name, and offered a cup of coffee. Little touches like that tell me this place values its customers and over the next two days it was reinforced. From helping me with directions, offering to get tickets to a concert, and calling me an Uber for the airport when I left. Do yourself a favor, just book this place. The location was perfect and honestly, everything about the Hotel Agnes was phenomenal.

Wow- this hotel really stands out from the rest with its exceptional customer service. I was traveling with a group of 6 and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. Believe all the reviews- this place is wonderful. We had to leave early and they even opened the breakfast buffet a little in advance. Rooms were clean and the lobby is charming.

From the moment you arrive until you leave, you are treated like family. They will help you plan your day and assist with reservations to amazing restaurants. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, breakfasts were scrumptious, rooms and hotel immaculate and location was first class. We will definitely stay here if we return to Prague and will recommend the hotel to all our friends and family.
