Nice, functional room with all the necessary amenities. There is a lot of chipboard, which I find an odd design choice, but that's a personal preference. The location is good with a tram stop just across the road and easy access to the centre of town. A few good local restaurants.

Friendly staff and handy laundry facilities. The hotel restaurant that already had limited choices had several items not available when we went there and the food was very mediocre. We couldn’t find anywhere else nearby so ate in nearby Delft or Den Haag while staying at this hotel.

Great budget stay, spitting distance from the city

I was in a double bedroom quite large, I believe an upgrade. The hotel is well located and easy to get to from the city centre. The hotel staff were pleasant and check-in was easy. The bedroom was excellent, though I'd be interested to know how warm it is in the winter? The windows were well sealed which kept the temperature at night to a minimum. Bathroom was great for what I needed. Would stop again!

Over all it wasn’t a bad experience, but I kinda expected more from my actual room. The staff was really helpful and I really enjoyed having my meals at the cafe/restaurant downstairs. At that time I was there they only offered limited choice and closed at 11:00 am but I was quite pleased with my breakfast.It definitely has a lot of potential.

Staff was friendly is about the only good thing i can say, room was disgusting with marks all over walls, floor was covered in stains, ceiling was just bare concrete with drill holes all over it, no amenties or anything to do near the hotel which was basically in a ghost town with empty office blocks lining the roads. Hotel did have restaurant but it was very basic and only served pizza
