Friendly, clean hotel. Lovely location, continental breakfast was included but various cooked options were also available. We ate in the bar one evening and drinks in the bar both evenings we stayed, both very reasonably priced & enjoyable. Mix of locals and hotel guests, good atmosphere. We stayed for a few days while exploring Shetland. Our room was comfortable and warm, with a modern (if snug) en-suite bathroom. The dining room had a good and interesting menu; dinner portions were enormous. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was, at times, a little music from the bar audible in the bedroom.

I was disappointed with my return visit to this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable but the noise of the extractor fans in adjacent rooms were noisy and woke me early this morning. Breakfast was slow and made me run late for work that I was travelling for. Lovely location and friendly staff.

The staff were fantastic the bar had the orkney and Shetland beers so a plus not much whiskey choice Downside no food on both our nights no warnings first night due to wedding luckily the chip shop cafe cornerstone was open late friday night so super fish and chips next night had to be Chinese takeaway which they allowed us to eat.in hotel but the breakfast was ok good choices and again thr staff super so if you book make sure the chef is alive and well and there

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location to visit all area's of Shetland. Good selection for the continental breakfast, and food was excellent for evening meals. Some fixtures and fittings need replacing as they were looking a bit worn in the room we were in, but generally the room was clean and warm.

A short drive from Lerwick but a world away. This hotel is in a nice quiet area and has a bar/restaurant with good quality food. The room was clean, the shower hot, and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable if noisy twin room, travelled with family and stayed a week. Aye in restaurant, food really nice, bar not so welcoming, not many other places to eat. Great views from the room that made us want to go across the bridge to Burra and Hamnavoe, not disappointed, beautiful part of Shetland. Scalloway is a great location for going anywhere so near to the main roads.
