This hotel was nice and in a good location! A great stay overall. I would recommend others to read the emails sent in advance in regards to check in details which is done online and details are shared on how to access the building and your room. It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!

Overall, very nice, comfortable apartment in Milan. The location is fairly convenient but not central to many of the attractions. However, convenient access to the tram is available. There are no instruction for using any of the appliances (stove, washing machine) or controlling the heat and the controls are not intuitive. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided some assistance but this should be unnecessary with a few instructions. Not sure if I would stay again but it is a nice apartment building if you prefer this location.
