The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because of the condition and appearance of the accommodation itself – it looked quite nice. Unfortunately, the service did not match the price at all. We received no help or useful information during our stay. There were stink bugs all over the room when we arrived, and we had to start by removing them ourselves. Breakfast was delayed, and the only explanation we got was to “wait.” The pool was very cold, making it hard to enjoy. We had booked a slightly more expensive room with a kitchen, but there were only two glasses available – you would expect at least a few more basic items. Parking was also poorly organized; you have to park on a slope if there’s space. On the positive side, the view of the mountains was really beautiful.

I enjoyed my 4 night stay at this quiet and peaceful hotel. The staff was always willing to help and made us feel safe. They serve breakfast every morning and the view is beautiful. The rooms are great and spacious. I enjoyed Montenegro and their people. So many great cultures. The hotel is in Kotor which is an excellent mid point to a lot of the tourist locations. Thank you for giving us a great stay.

Every room has a view of the Bay and a balcony / terrace. Eating outside with a view of the Bay and mountains was great. As it is in a new section of Tivat, eating options and other amenities are at least 10 minutes away. A car is a necessity. Enjoyed our time at the Lodge.

Fabulous property with great panoramic views over the sea and bay. The approach road from/to Kotor is very narrow, very steep, and single track in most places but oddly busy so passing isnt simple. Once you arrive though the hotel is a delight

I stayed 6 nights and it is a pretty good place. They are still developing, but overall a good place to stay. The only thing is that the location is not really the best, you’d want to have a car. They do provide taxi service at their property, so I guess it works out. Most of the staff is really friendly and willing to help you out. I’d definitely stay here again because I’m sure there will be more improvements coming up.

Amazing stay

This is a new hotel about 10 minutes drive from kotor bay. The hotel is exavtly as the pics. Warm recrption,friendly and helpful. Very close to Tiv airport and booking comes with free airport transfers to TIV. I had the penthouse and it was really nice with the Jacuzzi. Breaskfast was 5/10. Can be better but service was really good. Please change the coffee too bitter. I will definitely stay here again.

Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making us feel well taken care of with their prompt and excellent service. The hotel itself is great, having a stunning pool and modern rooms. The location is ideal, perfectly positioned between Tivat and Kotor. The hotel staff also goes above and beyond to assist with taxis and transportation, ensuring a smooth and quick process. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely plan to stay here again when I return.

The hotel was excellent except that it lacked a proper restaurant and the available menu was very limited apart from the breakfast which was good. Perhaps the menu would have been more extensive if we had gone in high season. The place is quite isolated with no bars or restaurants within walking distance, a hire car is essential. Overall a great place.

Nice hotel, within a 5 min transfer to airport

A pretty new hotel. Rooms were great, plenty of space, nice balcony & view across the two pools towards the airport. Also ideally placed for a short run to the airport and a nice restaurant (Cielo) within a 10 min walk. Hotel staff were very welcoming & helpful. Our room had a kitchenette (sink, fridge freezer and small hob) but there were not any cooking utensils, pans nor plates etc so redundant. Pool were very nice, albeit the grounds felt as if they were not quite finished.

The property is clean, the bedding towels are new. Pool is huge. They have an amazing staff. Very accommodating. Seyed or Seyec was very generous of his time in driving us to the airport twice. Very friendly and was concerned of our safety. I definitely recommend this property for those who wants serenity.

Nice view but noisy room.

Very nice view and nice pools. Breakfast was disappointing. Cleaning outside the room every morning around 7am and we did not want to wake up early, so such a shame, and when we asked to move room, this was not possible, even though my app showed other rooms was still available.

Although it seems to be a new hotel, the standard of cleanliness was not on par. Surfaces like light switches were dusty. Even the chandelier at reception was very dusty. The shower was really grimy in the corners and on the tiles. The telephone and usb port did not work. The food was terrible. Staff was friendly.
