An excellent, clean, modern hotel at an amazing price.
Handy for local night markets.
Also the Seatrain office for the bus and boat to the islands is only a five minute walk away.

Actually pretty decent hotel. Found some food stains and some dirt on the floor when i arrived, but that should be expected in a cheap hotel. A lot of ants running around the tables and walls, and lots of noises from everywhere. I'm hearing noises from outside , inside the walls, roof, underneath. Seems like there is no sound isolation.

Quick unexpected stay in sarat. Could not believe the price of the hotel for what we got. Super clean and modern. Nice beds and linens. Would not opt in for the breakfast as it was warm up burrito type meals.

Mosquitoes in lobby
A single slow small elevator
Bathroom smelled like sewage
Slippery wood floor in presidential suite
Ants
Receptionists not very receptive
Only one key given, cash deposit required.
Nothing of interest in the vicinity.
Terrible breakfast that I had to pay extra for
NOT a modern hotel.

Value for money. Modern, tasteful and comfortable hotel. Got lift. Only negative: our room faces the noisy traffic. Breakfast at 150 THB: only a roll and a cup of hot breverage.

I stayed with my family one night in this hotel on my way to Phuket and I must say that it is the best value for money.
I must say that it has the best quality vs price ratio. The hotel is 100% renovated. It has a large lobby, good elevator and the rooms are clean and new. The hotel is 300 meters from the Seatrans bus stop, so if you are coming or going to Koh Samui, you have the shuttle to the port in 5 minutes walking distance.

Our stay was quite ok and in the end good value for money. The place seemed new/renovated and modern. The location was handy and the staff very friendly. Good value for money.
A few things that were not so good, were that there was no safety-security box (safe) in the room (surely that should be a basic), no tissues and note that the hotel is located on a busy/noisy road. Particularly our room was subject to some very noisy traffic at times.

Important: the hotel does not accept cash payments. This is the only and very significant drawback. Otherwise, this is a wonderful B2 series hotel. The decoration and decoration are new, you can hardly hear your neighbors, Wi-Fi works fine, there is a river and a market nearby. For the price this is a great option.

It is what it is. Cheap modern and clean. No frills but ideal for those passing through.. 2 night stay but room wasn't cleaned and had to ask for toilet paper and water, and had to reuse towels.
Note: There are very few restaurants in the vicinity and no international/western ones at all. 7eleven nearby though

I booked a presidential suite as I wanted to spread out and repack before heading back to the US. It was spacious and we had a wonderful view of the town shrine and the river. The windows were dirty, but they were openable for photos. The AC and shower worked well. Housekeeping was good, and the staff were helpful. But they would only give the two of us one key, there was no room safe, the deadbolt did not work on the room door, the fifth floor hallway floor was buckled and ugly, and the elevator was tiny. The night market was in walking distance, but not as great a market as I had been led to believe. Overall it was a good choice for price and what we wanted to do.

The rooms were okay at this property. I upgraded to Deluxe room as the front desk told me that these rooms had kettles in them. I later found out that all the rooms had kettles in them. Definitely not worth the extra to upgrade as we ended up on the side of a very busy street. The traffic was noisy all night. Property did not have an extra pillows for use
