Great location. The hospitality was very good. The staff spoke English and was accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean; it is also modern. I slept comfortably. It was walkable to restaurants, the shopping center, and the movie theater. The tram station is close by. I would recommend it.

Pros: Nice decor Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Just across the tram. Good service and air conditioned. Small supermarket just 3 minutes away. Cons: No serviced room. I needed to take out my own trash. I needed to get towels at the reception desk. 300€ deposit. 2 days after check out I’m still waiting to get it back. This isn’t a 4 star hotel.

Très bon Hotel, joli et sympa. Bon rapport qualité prix, on était au 11e étage, vu sur la mer coin tranquille, pas bruyant, par contre le parking un peu cher 20 € pour la nuit et caution de 100 € pour la carte parking. Je recommande quand même.

Gros problème dès l'arrivée avec un retard de disponibilité des chambres... deux heures d'attente dans un salon bondé ! Quasiment sans explication si ce n'est que les agents d'entretien ont beaucoup de travail avec les 250 chambres que compte l'hôtel, pas de proposition de boisson, pas d'ordre d'arrivée, rien... bref une mauvaise entrée en matière... Par contre la chambre était propre, la décoration est magnifique ! La piscine n'est pas terrible, eau froide, sauna qui ne fonctionnait pas, seul le hammam était sympa. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le restaurant accolé, de bonne qualité, des produits frais mais le tarif est trop excessif ! Heureusement que le vitrage est conséquent car les nuisances sonores des routes voisines et des ferrys qui s'enchaînent sont impressionnantes fenêtres ouvertes.

La literie est complètement nul la restaurantion il ny en a pas sauf le petit dejeuner qui est a 21e par jour !!! L'hygiène laisse plus qu'à désiré rien ne va mm l'électroménager les plaques de cuisson complètement rayé le frigo qui ferme mal et qui fait énormément de bruit vraipent je ne sais pas comment ils ont eu les 4 etoiles en plus du service vraipent pas ouf le menage est payant a 12e la journee comme ci le prix de la chambre netait pas assé élevé!! Vraiment une cata je deconseil
