Great location. The hospitality was very good. The staff spoke English and was accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean; it is also modern. I slept comfortably. Pros: Nice decor Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Just across the tram. Good service and air conditioned. Small supermarket just 3 minutes away. Cons: No serviced room. I needed to take out my own trash. I needed to get towels at the reception desk. 300€ deposit. 2 days after check out I’m still waiting to get it back. This isn’t a 4 star hotel.

Une chose moins agréable est lors du Check in nous demandons aux réceptionnistes s’il serait possible de prolonger pour une nuit supplémentaire et là une des réceptionnistes nous réponds assez froidement « nous il n’y a plus de chambre pour demain » sans même vérifier.. Nous sortions de l’hôtel et là nous avons la possibilité de réserver un nuit supplémentaire via le site de réservation .. L’hôtel ne semblait pas complet .. Quelle explication ?

Les équipements sont de qualité, la literie très confortable, la propreté irréprochable, et j’apprécie particulièrement la luminosité des studios – avec une mention spéciale pour ceux avec vue mer, qui offrent un vrai moment de sérénité en fin de journée. Petit regret : l'absence de programme de fidélité. Un dispositif avec des avantages (surclassement, réductions, attentions particulières…) pour les clients réguliers serait un vrai plus. Une adresse fiable et agréable que je recommande.
