The property is beautiful. Our room was very clean. The hotel is walking distnace to the center of Kusadasi. Please note the street is steep and the hotel doesn't provide parking. The nearest paid parking is about 300 m down the street. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, including local fare, variety of cheeses, olives and sweets. The garden of the hotel is lovely.

I loved the Villa Konak Hotel. Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. Everywhere, rooms and the shared facilities are very clean. Parking can be difficult, but the staff was very helpful that we had no issues. Food options for dinner is limited, but the hotel is in walking distance to main attraction area of the town with lots of cafés, restaurants and bars. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again. Thank you to the Villa Konak staff. Hope to see you again!

Hotel was good but our room was basic,only one power point, bathroom needed attention.location good but if you struggle to walk it is halfway up a steep hill! Which stopped us goimg out more than once a day .and the pool area was nice but plagued by mosquitos!!

Great location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants but agree with past reviews that the hill back to hotel is steep. Feels like a world away from the busy port but still only a 4 min walk. Amount of space in room fit us perfectly - 2 adults and 1 teen. Good pool. Even had a library near pool! Breakfast was also nice.

This is an idyllic hidden gem within a 5 minite walk of the centre of Kusadasi. You walk in and the property just keeps on giving, from the pretty gardens, to the quaint pool area, to the large rooms, everything was clean and tastefully decorated to keep within tradition. The views over the city were amazing too. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful; going above and beyond to help with anything. Although there is no private balcony, there are seating areas outside of the rooms and all around the property. Breakfasts were traditional and plentiful, and everything was home cooked, and very tasty. I actually don't want to recommend this, but only because I'm selfish and don't want it spoilt! Perfect location, perfect stay.

Great place to hang out. A couple short blocks from tons of shopping, restaurants, and Mediterranean promenade. Property has lots of space to chill - couches and chairs, grass, trees and even a small swimming pool area. Manager super friendly and makes stay enjoyable. Front desk dude fairly abrupt and breakfast lady too busy eating her breakfast and socializing with maids to cook some eggs. Luckily the manager proactively intervened to ensure check in went smooth and eggs got cooked!! Recommend the hotel.

If I visit again, I will definitely be staying here and be recommending to those who visit. Beautiful property, I was nervous when I realized it is on a small street but once I entered it was amazing. The garden, the cats, the rooms, the breakfast was great. Location is close to the beach and Ephesus -- need to drive. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. And the best person ever - Yuskel. He literally very kindly and sweetly shipped my airpods back to Istanbul that I had left in the hotel. I cannot believe the generosity. I am so grateful!

property is peaceful and cute, and is like an oasis. Breakfast was decent - nothing special other than bunch of uncooked ingredients to assemble and eat (cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes etc). Coming from US, it was a different experience for us to see some thing so basic for breakfast. We were expecting at least decent coffee in Turkey but all the hotels switched to lazy machines where you press and get machine made coffees (cappuccino, latte etc). Parking at this hotel was the worst part of our trip as there is no street parking available and the road in front of it is hilly and narrow for our rather large SUV.
