Very pleasant one night stay . Hotel has a beautiful reception area and gardens. Our room was bright and sunny with views. We walked into Sergovia - about 25 mins though there are 2 buses which would take you there too.

The room and bathroom were very good.The communal areas were very nice. the location was away from the tourist area but was walkable in 30 minutes and the bus stop located directly outside the hotel was convenient. Buses every 15 minutes and not expensive. The major disappointment was that the outdoor swimming pool was closed. If we were made aware of this during or after the booking process then we would have chosen a different hotel.

Hotel is nice and very spacious, good value for money. Was disappointed that you have to pay extra for using gym/indoor pool/sauna… it was written under amenities so we assumed we had access to it. Free car park is great, there is nothing near the hotel so will need to drive or take taxi.

The standard room was a good size & clean but the bathroom could do with a deep clean to remive mould. The main lounge area didn't seem to get cleaned every day, didn't seem to be a sense of pride for this area. Wasn't impressed with the additional charge to use the indoor swimming pool & jacuzzi so didn't bother with it. Hotel's ok for a one night stay but not a lot to do in the area for any longer.

En general aceptable, precio no concuerda con calidad ofrecida. No tienen gancho para colgar las toallas de ducha en el baño, por lo que las dejas encima de la bañera y se las llevan cada día, no es ecológico. Bastante desactualizado y anticuado. Necesaria renovación. Carta restaurante en web tiene los precios desactualizados, no concuerdan con los de la carta in situ. En general aceptable pero por precio no volvería. A valorar la comodidad del colchón y personal de recepción y comedor muy amable y profesional.
