A wonderful slice of paradise

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Peaceful, wonderful service, and dock access to the lake with comfortable chairs. The restaurant was wonderful and all the staff were lovely. Bonus is that the hotel lets your borrow kayaks and paddle boards!

I was amazed by the comfort, cleanliness and upscale feel to the rooms, the quality of the food from the restaurant and the tranquility of the Lake and the surrounding environment. You will need a car to get to the center but only a 5 minute drive away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.I would definitely reccomend a stay here.

Christino Lagoon hotel is a wonderful hotel on an amazingly beautiful Lagoona. Netsed in tropicla vegetation the hotel provides a relaxed superior accomodation. It is a 30 min walk from town but I loved the secultion. The restaurant on site serves delicious food . it is a bit expansive but again the view while you eat is special. The staff is very sweet friendly and extremely accomodating. I must come back!

This is one of the nicest small hotels we haved stayed at. The swimming in the lagoon was spectacular. The pool was refreshing. The food was very good. The staff throughout the whole hotel was excellent. There is a coffee maker in the room BUT they charge for the coffee pods. The only thing I would request is that the coffee is included in the price of the room. If you are looking for the best hotel on Lake Bacalar, look no further.

Our stay at Cristalino Lagon Hotel was a very enjoyable experience. The Hotel Staff was amazing and got what ever we wanted immediately. The resturant was exceptional both in quality and service. The staff were so kind and professional and went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. Thank you, Viridiana and Betxabe! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to all. If you can stay on a Wednesday, when lake activities pause for the day, it is SO peaceful and serene at Cristalino. The room was so comfortable and I enjoyed the local aromatherapy toiletries. My only recommendation would be to add slippers in the room. I won’t hesitate to book at Cristalino the next time I am in Bacalar.
