Staff cleaned very well but sometimes needed to be reminded to replenish coffee pods. The second to the last day of our stay, they removed our bedroom slippers! Hotel was an excellent choice the welcome drink on arrival as a lovely. Reception staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is right across from Penrith panthers a very interesting place to visit. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel the breakfast was truly exceptional

This our fourth stay at the Pullman Sydney Penrith. This is now our 1st choice when visiting family and friends in the area. It is convenient, has a lovely cafe and restaurant and well situated. The staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was also very quiet despite being on a busy road. The restaurant was closed (Sunday night) but the cafe was a delightful spot to have a light meal and glass of wine. The hotel was easy to find and parking was located close to lifts.
