Reception service was great as was all staff. There attentiveness was brilliant. Views from hotel looking out over the mendip hills was stunning Food is a little underwhelming - evening meal was average at best. Leisure facilities were satisfactory. The onsite spa was brilliant. It was fine for a nights stay but wouldn’t stay for longer than a few nights.

Lovley hotel! Definitley recommend and would stay again. Rooms were cosy and comfy bed. Outside my room was a little creeky on the floor when people walked by, but didnt wake me in the night. Decent hotel in need of modernisation. Decent stay considering. Very odd spa facilities with the changing rooms by the pool and having to walk wet in swim wear through reception and over carpet through the gym, very strange. If you're looking a good spa, this isn't it.

A lovely hotel in a great location

The food in the restaurant is superb, the service prompt, friendly and efficient and the rooms comfortable. The hotel is well maintained given the footfall (number of people they can accommodate and the years they have been in business..... Other hotels have something to learn from the Webbington!). Of particular note is the massage I got from Eloise in the Wellbeing Spa. This was the best I have had for years and I have had a lot of massages so recognise an exceptionally skilled masseuse. Thanks Eloise.

Decent Chain Hotel

Friendly welcome. Room was typical chain hotel style, but comfortable. Could have been cleaner (cobwebs in corners, dusty surfaces). Food was OK, service was attentive and friendly. Would stay here again, and maybe take advantage of the leisure facilities.
