The hotel staff was so kind and friendly to us. We arrived very early, but they were kind enough to be able to let us check in early, which made our lives a lot easier. They gave us loads of information about coimbra and the different things to see and different restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good

Our room was small, but that was not a problem with the hotel's rooftop bar. It was FABULOUS, with a completely unobstructed view of Coimbra, which was stunning at night. This hotel is top notch! Our amazing experience began with checkin which was efficient, considerate, and helpful. Parking was available across the street and accessible 24 hours a day. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-prepared for our arrival. They even left a doggie treat and blanket which was just so thoughtful and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone!
