This is a very decent hotel in center of Shanghai. Major pluses include being very close to a subway station, excellent breakfast buffet with delicious food items representing authentic Shanghai local cuisine (neither salty nor spicy), a free laundry facility with good washers and dryers.

Located in a comparatively quiet area. Convenient, subway station (Wuding Road Station) just cross the street of the hotel, can go to tourist spots i.e. The Bund, Yuyuan, Xintiandi etc. Also, there is a nice little Italian restaurant adjacent to the train station serving good food at reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is a jewel. It is marked as a three star but really is a four star hotel. The service is excellent. Very appreciative of Xiaoxiao’s prompt response to my service requests through WeChat. An excellent experience and I will definitely stay here again

It is a very clean space in the hotel room with wonderful location in Jing'an neighborhood. It is very accessible to plenty of more local restaurants and cafes along Yu Yuan road. The toilet also offers a heated seat and bidet which was a great feature for the room. There are also some tech savvy gadget such as a smart device and push button for electronic curtains. The front desk staff, however, has very limited english and likely should get better training in working with foreign tourists. My partner and I also had an incident where the metal screw cap (the size of a baseball in diameter) on the ceiling fixture fell on top of her head as we entered into our room. This was brought to attention of the staff, as it is a safety hazard. She tried to offer us a discount on our next stay, but due to language barrier and lack of a local phone number on wechat, we did not get any sort of reimbursement for our troubles.

Very good location. The air conditioning in the room had a bit problem and was sorted later. The breakfast is just ok for the price. The staff at the breakfast counter is unbelievable rude and unprofessional. I have to change to different hotel in the middle of the stay because of the unpleasant experience at breakfast.

It is my second time staying at this hotel in the past three months. However, this stay didn’t feel as pleasant as the last one. The front desk staff could have been more patient, but the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The room and AI device were well-maintained, and overall, the facilities remained at a good standard. I think I’ll still choose to stay here next time I visit Shanghai, and I hope for a better experience then.

Quarto amplo e confortável, com vista da cidade para rua principal, vidro até o chão, cortinas automatizadas com comando na cabeceira. Foi a melhor estadia da viagem. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, os pães não eram muito frescos e a charcutaria não agradava muito. Optamos por tomar os cafés da manhã e locais próximos 10 min caminhando. A equipe do hotel era muito simpática e atenciosa, e existem no lobby uma serie de amenidades que vão desde chá e café até caldos a noite. Os produtos de banho eram de qualidade exemplar, banheiro eram amplos e confortáveis. Recomendo a estadia nesse hotel.
