121 Paris was a comfortable and economical option on our Paris trip. Victor at the front helped us with all of our needs. The stay included a small breakfast and was very inclusive of all our needs.

Ok for a short stay on a budget

The price was the best when I was booking here and the access to city center is nice. You get everything bare minimum and fine. But lower your expectations as the place and everything inside is quite old. It's ok if you're going for a short stay and you're in a budget.

Stayed 5 nights. Cute property, quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The surrounding area is not touristy and has lots of restaurants. Right by the bus and metro 13 and 14 is just a few blocks away.

Great location with access to 2 metro stations...one that connects to Orly Airport. Accommodated 3 people. My only complaints would be that the bathroom was a bit dated and had a plumbing problem, there was mold on the window in the bathroom which didn't open and the room was a bit small. All of that was tolerable though for a few days at the price I paid for it.

We were disappointed with this hotel, the carpets needed a deep clean, the tv had no service, we only saw the Wi-Fi details on the back of the door as we were leaving. We had no toilet paper until we requested it. The breakfast was very poor, no coffee.

The gentleman at reception was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet, we didn’t hear a sound the whole time which was great. However, there was a very strong cigarette smell in the room, and we found a cigarette butt in the toilets when we arrived. There was also a big hair stuck in the wall opposite the toilets.

Staff were all nice and accommodating. Elevator was down the whole day and we stayed at the third floor. It’s not convenient going up and down the stairs the whole day. A/C was not working. We need to open the window at night to be able to sleep.

Location is very good with access to many restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, superstore and metro which is just around the corner. We stayed in a triple room on the first floor and thought it was alright and needed modernization including the bathroom. There was no kettle. Electric connection were not easily accessible except one next to the door. Unfortunately there were also black ants around, not good. We may think of staying there again if they modernize the place.

If you're looking to save some $ so you can focus on funding experiences during a trip, this is a solid choice for accommodations. Location cannot be beat - metro & bus stop right outside, pharmacy right next door, a few blocks from gorgeous Montmatre, and such a variety of food you could spend your whole trip eating up and down the road. Staff were friendly, hot water was instant, beds pretty comfy The room and building were a bit more dingy & cramped than expected (the photos are working with angles and lighting - can't knock the hustle), but you can find a way to put a Parisian romantic spin on it. Warning for couples: the "queen" bed was two twins pushed together - not so ideal for any romantic trips. My spouse and I got a laugh out of feeling forced to be a 50s sitcoms married couple, though!

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not like that we had to brush our teeth in the bath. Face basin sink did not work. Front desk poured chemical but did not solve problem. Grout in bathroom were dirty. Felt uncomfortable to take a shower. Lysol spray can get rid of grout/mold in bathroom. Toilet was disgustingly dirty seems as if toilet bowl has never been washed.
